This page identifies the service provider behind MeterFlow, as required by the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the business-name disclosure rules of the Companies Act 2006.

Merchant of record
Purchases of paid MeterFlow plans are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom) or Paddle.com Inc. (United States), which act as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle appears on your card statement and issues the invoice; it is the party to contact for payment-method or invoice questions, while product and account support is provided by us.

Disputes
Please contact us first at support@meter-flow.com — most issues are resolved within a few days. The governing law and courts are set out in the Terms of Service; mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected. Fulvio Antonio Cosco Barletta, a sole trader trading as MeterFlow does not participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
